Please carefully review our shipping policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

1. Delivery timeframe: We strive to send out our items for shipment within 1-2 business days. Please allow an estimated 2-3 additional working days for delivery. As we work with external shipping companies (e.g.  Ninja Van, J&T Express, Qxpress) to deliver orders, the delivery times are beyond our control. Delivery timeframe may vary and are subject to unforeseen circumstances and delays.

 

2. Delivery methods: We offer standard shipping and self pick-up at our physical location (for urgent request and by appointment only.)

 

3. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product, the shipping method selected and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout.

 

4. Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package.

 

5. Delivery address: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If you have submitted the wrong address, please inform us as soon as possible. However, we will not be able to make any changes to your address if the shipment has been arranged or item has been shipped out. In such cases, additional charges may apply for amendment of address.

 

6. Delivery attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package to the delivery address provided. If no one is available to receive the package, they will make additional delivery attempts. However, if your parcel gets returned to us, due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, we can arrange for a re-delivery at your request. Additional re-deliver fees will apply.

 

7. Mishandling during delivery/ lost parcel: We shall not acccept any liability arising from lost parcel or mishandling during delivery as all delivery are fulfilled by an external delivery partner. However, we will submit complaints to the external delivery partner, and help you to request for compensation (though this is not guaranteed). It is important that you inform us of any lost parcel or damage at your earliest. We are not responsible if you miss the deadline set by the delivery partner as stipulated in their compensation policy. Changjiu.sg performs all due diligence to ensure all products undergo quality checks before sending out for delivery or self-collection. We do our best to package each item to ensure they reach you safely.
