Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. However, cancellations can have an impact on our resources and scheduling. For packages, refunds are not allowed, while a 5% cancellation fee of the total amount paid (including shipping fee) will be imposed on all cancellations initiated by the customer for ala carte items. 

 

To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via changjiusg@gmail.com. After deducting the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation has been approved.


Return and refund

We have a 5-day return & refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

We only accept returns or replacement of items in circumstances where you receive wrong, defective or damaged items, proven due to Changjiu.sg's error. Changjiu.sg is not required to accept change of mind returns, or any returned items that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering, is damaged, has missing parts or in an unsellable condition. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at changjiusg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following products are not eligible for returns/refunds:

  • Custom products such as special orders or personalised items.
  • Perishable goods like grains, beans etc.
  • Sale items

 

How to return or exchange

Returns can done via mailing the items back to our return address or you can drop-off in person at our physical location. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For return requests which do not comply our returns policies, you may be charged for the return shipping cost. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Do allow 3 working days for our team to assess and process your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
